All orders are checked multiple times before being packaged and shipped out to our customers. Unfortunately, damages sometimes occur during transit.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number along with photos of the damaged items and the exterior of the shipping box that your order arrived in.
