Return Policy and Order Cancellation

Order Cancellations:

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Due to a high volume of orders and several warehouses which ship orders, things are set in motion (order is created / inventory is allocated / order is entered in the system / order was packed / order is in a queue to be shipped) rather quickly and due to this orders cannot be cancelled.
We do understand that there are special circumstances. If you feel like you need to cancel an order due to something out of the ordinary, please let us know and we will try our best if operationally possible but there are no guarantees.
In an event an order is cancelled, the refund will be issued in the original payment minus any processing fees / transaction fees which were incurred.

Returns:

According to the contracts in place with the manufacturers of all the products we carry and due to the sensitive nature of our products as well as in an effort to protect the integrity of these products we unfortunately DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
 
If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our staff will address it right away.
 

Damaged Product:

All orders are checked multiple times before being packaged and shipped out to our customers. Unfortunately, damages sometimes occur during transit and as it is handled by the shipping carrier it is sadly outside of our control. 
 
If you receive a damaged (damaged means unusable - not some dents / dings / or other cosmetic minor issues which can occur in transit but bear no relation to the use of the actual product) shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number along with photos of the damaged items and the exterior of the shipping box that your order arrived in. We will work with the carrier to try to file a claim on your behalf and advocate for your order to be compensated where possible.
